Talk:Shadow Shot

Should there be a mention that both the pistol is fired and the dagger strikes the enemy after the shadow step, resulting in 2 packets of damage? Right now it sounds as though you only shadow step and apply blind by doing so. I am not sure if the Shadow Shot skill I saw was actually this Shadow Shot, though, but I think it was. - Infinite - talk 01:21, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
- Shadow Shot is one of the 5 official videos. If you look carefully, you'll see that the pistol is only used to teleport and doesn't causes damage to the target. The only packet of damage seems to be produced by the dagger, once the thief reaches the target. And it's probably this one that blinds. Chriskang 01:33, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
- Oh yeah, now I see how it doesn't deal damage with the pistol. That is kind of interesting for a dual attack, actually. :) - Infinite - talk 02:43, 12 March 2011 (UTC)
- It is improved both by Dagger Training and Combined Training, but not Pistol Mastery. 76.178.155.183 16:53, 23 July 2013 (UTC)

Notes[edit]
I'm sorry, but that note that explains the blind before the shadowstep feels redundant to me, the skill fact explains that you blind them with a shot, and THEN shadowstep already. Puk (talk) 03:35, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
