(Edit conflict) Yep, Queensdale, Kessex, and Gendarran have them. Didn't think to check Bloodtide Coast or Harathi Hinterlands last night - they're in the Kryta region, but higher level, so not sure if they'd have any or not. —Dr Ishmael 18:36, 24 October 2012 (UTC)

I've seen them in all races' starting locations - in small numbers.

Two missed Lion's Arch locations, both in the Sharkmaw Caverns jump puzzle. One by Captain Wyandt's ghost at the end and one by his first mate, as you exit to the waterfall. —Psieonic 23:51, 24 October 2012 (UTC)

Akk Wilds in Metrica Province where there are many potatoes have one pumpkin there too. I can intereact with it, but didn't notice any thing on my achievement. Anyone wants to confirm it? Paladinofmm 01:02, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

I think we can confirm it's throughout all Kryta (the whole GW2 map). Because they are at least in all kinds of starting areas right? --Jerone _Talk 11:40, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

They'd be expected to be in at starting areas and areas in kryta. I found one in fields of ruin in ascalon though.--Relyk 13:11, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

They're in all the starting areas, and in Kryta. I haven't found any in Orr, or in any high level Charr zones yet.10.28.100.32 01:31, 26 October 2012 (PDT)

LOST !

I was flipping through achievements today when I noticed that this achievement has be taken from me. I am 100% sure I had it. I probably carved 5 times teh required amount. Anyone else have this happen? --SiderFace 07:26, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

They're back in 2013

The pumpkins are back for Halloween 2013 and you can still carve them. I haven't found any reason to believe that doing so leads to an achievement of some sorts. Also, last year's achievement did not get reinstated. Am I correct here? ~ Sanna 17:26, 27 October 2013 (UTC)

Spawn frequency

I've made three observations about pumpkin spawning:

1. On a couple of maps there's a spot where several pumpkins can spawn on top of each other, creating the illusion of a single pumpkin with several "charges".
2. Sometimes pumpkins won't appear in their designated spawn locations.
3. Whenever I catch a multi-charge pumpkin, there's usually a missing pumpkin elsewhere on the map.

I can't tell if #3 is evidence that #1 is causing #2 to happen, or if I've just had weird luck. For now, I've put #2 as a regular note instead of listing it with the bugs, but I'm throwing out a heads-up to people to keep an eye out for missing pumpkins on non-buggy maps. --Idris (talk) 22:51, 4 November 2017 (UTC)

I'm quite sure #3 is evidence that #1 is causing #2 to happen. There are 27 pumpkins in Lab, if there is a pumpkin with "multiple charges", then there are [extra charge count] of pumpkins missing on the usual spawn locations. Maps
