Expanding the page

Hello all, I created this page but I don't know much about the standard formatting used by this wiki. At the moment, this page lacks some of the organizational and aesthetic features found on other pages. I would appreciate any help putting this page into a standard format. For one example (among many possible improvements), I don't know how to use the "recipe" feature of the wiki. DanR (talk) 21:23, 6 November 2015 (UTC)

Format for the Attuned Recipe

I lean towards thinking that the regular recipe functionality of the wiki is not a good fit for these rings, for two reasons: 1) The regular or infused ring is not a single ingredient, it's a link representing a list of possible ingredients. 2) None of the recipe ingredients are able to be crafted, and looking up the base ingredients would not be useful or even function. I changed the format to what you see, which was adapted from the "Infused equipment" page. --DanR (talk) 05:19, 15 November 2015 (UTC)

Oh god, not that horrible old thing... it still uses the crappy infobox formatting. But it doesn't seem like a recipe template is needed for this page in any case - the current format works fine, just like Infused equipment has had for a while now. —Dr Ishmael 05:56, 15 November 2015 (UTC)

Recipe Amount

I have noticed that when I attune rings or atleast certain ones that the recipe is different than what is displayed on the wiki. I have noticed 1 Agonized Essence, (3) +1 Agony Infusion, and 5 Philosopher's Stones. Which is correct? Foxman525 02:52, 8 September 2017 (UTC)

Can you give us a screenshot? I checked earlier, and every ring I tried showed me 1/1/1 as the requirement. -- Dagger (talk) 04:40, 8 September 2017 (UTC)

I guess, the recipe change is only for the pvp rings.

Feedback 2020/12/02

The Ingredients listed for "Infusing and Ascended Ring" are incorrect.

It reads that Attuning an Infusing require the same materials, however Infusing needs different stuff.

Ingredients you'll need for Attuning an Ascended Ring:

•1 Philosopher's Stone
•+1 Agony Infusion
•Agonized Essence (Mastery Required)
•Ascended Ring (Not attuned)

Ingredients you'll need for Infusing an Ascended Ring:

• 5 Vials of Condensed Mists Essence
• 3 Globs of Coagulated Mists Essence
• 1 Shard of Crystallized Mists Essence

My bad you were referencing Mist Band (Infused) which is to my knowledge the only ascended ring with increased requirements. The information is listed below the recipes as an anomaly. —Kvothe (talk) 12:27, 2 December 2020 (UTC)
