Skarrah Steelhunter is a charr scout who will guide characters for the Steeleye Span area of Blazeridge Steppes. He is standing next to the portal to Tumok's Waypoint.

“Branded creatures! Every day, they pour out of the Dragonbrand. We don't know how their number keep increasing, but we know how to cull them. Steeleye Span, a massive base established to support troop movements, has been instrumental in our success at keeping the Branded under control. The Iron legion is there, and they're always in need of soldiers who can wield a weapon or spell.
