Getting there[edit]
From the Monastery Waypoint, go up both flights of stairs to the northwest. Then, use a max-level Springer jump to reach the roof. Another big Springer jump will take you to the 2nd layer of roof. From here the mastery point is visible and the small jumps over the rest of the roof and up to the mastery point's alcove should be easy to see.
