Getting there[edit]
From Haiju Docks Waypoint, travel south east.
It is possible to obtain this insight without any advanced mounts, referring to the screenshot below, a springer can be used to climb the pillar to the southwest of the tower, followed by a glider and a springer to reach the top level.
