Acquisition

This item can be obtained via the Runeforger's Chest located in the Sand Jackal Run. In order to get to the chest:

• Use the sand portal located North-West from the heart (Drojkor, Spirit Squall), with two Veteran Portal Researchers and two Wild Jackals flanking it. Requires the shifting sands mastery.
• Alternatively you can use glide or use a flying mount to reach the level directly below Drojkor where the chest is located.
