Notes

• This item has no known cap as of yet for how many foes that can obtain the "eye" effect. Using skills, such as Dagger Storm on thief, with multiple enemies, can give all enemies attacking you during evade frames the effect.
• The "eye" effect stacks in duration on an enemy up to 60 seconds.
• The increased condition duration can go beyond the normal 100% condition duration cap.
