The Petrified Skull Juju is an item once carried by a creature in distant Cantha. The Kurzicks believed that Skull Jujus could protect the wearer from supernatural harm or vengeful spirits.

Skull Jujus were once commonly carried by the gaki, but their numbers were already depleted by the Jade Wind, and in present-day Cantha, no gaki have been seen. This item has somehow made it to the northern continent.
