Morning was a Zephyrite at the Plaza of Peace on Zephyr Sanctum. She provided information about Sky Crystals, Aspects, and Zephyr Sanctum.

She died, when the Zephyrite fleet crashed into the Dry Top.

When the Zephyrites recuperated and returned to Labyrinthine Cliffs in 1331 AE, Morning was among them.

Welcome to the Festival of hte Four Winds! If you have any questions about the festival or need any directions to one of the many activities, just ask!

So, what is there to do around here?

In addition to the general festivities here, there are adventures, races, scavenger hunts—all sorts of things!

These will test your mount-handling skills. Some sky crystals can only be reached with your mount. For expert griffon riders, there's a pair of challenges that require every ounce of your mastery.

I'd like to know more about the races.

We have two regular races for the festival. First is Flying Dolyak, which tests your skills in Zephyrite Aspect abilities, all the while appearing as an adorable baby dolyak.

And the other?

It's a skimmer race across the shallows and through the cliffs' narrow chasms. Just make sure you avoid getting caught by hungry carnivores!

We've brought back the Aspect Arena this year, and we're also running the popular Sanctum Sprint full time! If you want to know more, speak to their organizers.

Ah, our specialty! We've hidden over fifty sky crystals throughout the cliffs. Most will require a certain degree of mastery in our Aspects to reach.

We've sent our kite baskects out into the world as gifts to Central Tyria. Head out and gather them wherever they land. But don't forget to explore the cliffs as well!

The races start at ground level. One right near the docks, the other out on one of the sandbars just past the cliffs. Activities can be entered from right over there, under the big awnings.

Can you tell me about Zephyr Sanctum?

Generations ago, before the continent of Orr rose from the sea, a wise elder called the dwarven masters together, and named them the keepers of her heritage.

Go on.

Over time, humans took over the guardianship, and in our quest for peace we discovered the Sun, Wind, and Lightning Aspects. We Built Zephyr Sanctum, and lifted our community into the clouds.

Why did you do that?

So we could avoid the influence of outsiders while we're honing our skills. We welcome any who want to remain with us, but like birds, we're safer in the air. It's nothing personal.

You'll find special crystals scattered throughout the area. Each contains a recorded message from our wisest masters. To gather them, you must learn to move as we do.

Lore discrepancy:

Despite the fact she died in Dry Top during Fallen Hopes, she is alive and well in Labyrinthine Cliffs when the Zephyrites returned there starting Festival of the Four Winds 2018. The mistake was noted by Matthew Medina in a Design Deconstructed video stating that "I'm pretty sure Morning is one of the Zephyrites who died in Dry Top...in which case this would not be the same Morning".
