Become one with the Mists and gain the following:
• The "Fractal God" title
• 5[sic] agony resistance, 3% increased outgoing damage, and 50 health per second in fractals for every character in your account
• 1 additional fractal encryption and bag of fractal relics from the final chest in every fractal

Fractal God effect. - This attunement requires a total of:
- 160,000 Fractal Relics
- 3200 Pristine Fractal Relics
- 750 Integrated Fractal Matrices
- 24 Fractal Journals
- One each of agony reduction infusions +13, +14, +15, and +16.
- Fractal Empowerment 2
- Karmic Retribution 2
- Agony Impedance 2
- When all four levels are acquired you get these benefits for every character in your account:
- 25 agony resistance, 7% increased outgoing damage, and 100 health per second in fractals
- 4 additional fractal encryptions, and either 4 Handful of Fractal Relics (Scales 1-50) or 4 Pouch of Fractal Relics (Scales 51-100) from the final chest in every fractal
