- The effect makes you gain one Karma consumable from the final chest of every fractal. The consumable depends on scale:
- Scales 1-50:
Bead of Liquid Karma - Scales 51-100: Drop of Liquid Karma
- Scales 1-50:
- This stacks with Karmic Retribution 1, giving you a total of two Karma consumables per fractals.
