  • Ice Storm: The initial damage of this skill has been increased by 60% and will now inflict reduced damage on each subsequent hit by 10%, to a minimum of 40%.

  • Ice Storm: Fixed a bug in which this skill required a full cooldown in situations where it should have required an interrupt cooldown.

  • Ice Storm: The recharge time of storms will now be based on the player's attunement.

  • Ice Storm: Reduced the recharge of Ice Storm from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
    • All storm glyph variants go on cooldown whenever one glyph is cast.
