Mechanics

• Hunter's Verdict is unblockable and cannot be evaded.
• This skill is not improved by any traits that affect Virtue skills other than  Power of the Virtuous.

Bugs:

• Enemy leaving tether range can sometimes still be pulled for a really small duration
• Casting pull from higher ground in WvW or PvP, can cause enemy to fly upwards in the air and take falling damage.

Related traits

•  Power of the Virtuous — Gain condition damage based on your vitality. Virtues gain reduced recharge.
