Emissary Vorpp
Emissary Vorpp
Emissary Vorpp is a well respected member of Rata Sum, and the Arcane Council's point person according to Marjory Delaqua. Taimi often brings him up in relation to Zojja as the two taking care of her, though what relation he has to Zojja directly remains unclear.
Biography[edit]
Living World Season 1[edit]
- Clockwork Chaos
Emissary Vorpp was among the emissaries sent from Rata Sum for the Queen's Jubilee celebration in 1326 AE, where he showed fascination for the Watchknights' design. When Scarlet Briar crashed the closing ceremony, the Seraph, Pact Commander, and Rox requested his assistance in reverse engineering the portals that Scarlet was using to send forces out from within the barricaded Crown Pavilion. During this time, he explained Scarlet's history with the Asuran Colleges and remarked disdain for her character and achievements and dismissing her claims of seeing the Eternal Alchemy, believing that no one could understand everything, especially since it's beyond asura geniuses.
- Battle for Lion's Arch (as Vorpp)
To further investigate Scarlet Briar's plans, Marjory Delaqua pulled in several favors, including Vorpp. Together with the Pact Commander and Kasmeer Meade, the four investigated Scarlet's past actions from the Thaumanova Reactor explosion up to her Twisted Marionette and the discoveries in her secret lair. Through this, the group deduced that Scarlet's next attack would be on Lion's Arch itself.
After Scarlet launched her invasion on Lion's Arch, Vorpp returned as his role as Emissary, this time assisting the refugees of Lion's Arch in Bouldermouth Vale's evacuation camp.
Living World Season 2[edit]
- Seeds of Truth (as Vorpp)
While the Pact Commander was investigating Caithe's path, they learned that Vorpp was the head asura that experimented upon the Secondborn sylvari. During his krewe's experimentation many of the captured Secondborns died. Fought Caithe and Faolain, but ultimately lost thus leading to the release of the Secondborns.
- Lion's Arch Rebuilt (as Vorpp)
After the reconstruction of Lion's Arch, Vorpp left the Bouldermouth Vale Refugee Camp, though has not been seen since.

Historical dialogue[edit]
- During Escape from Lion's Arch and Battle for Lion's Arch 2014
- Ah, it's you. I'm pleased to have the chance to congratulate you in person for your performance with the Scarlet Briar evidence. One might say you shone, surprising that is.
- I just wish they'd listened to our warnings.
- Indeed. Some prefer blindness to preparedness. Fools. I've been readying this camp ever since you came to your conclusion. We, as always, are on the cutting edge.
- So true.
- After Battle for Lion's Arch until Lion's Arch was rebuilt
- Can you tell me if it's safe to return to Lion's Arch yet?
- No not yet.
- (If completed Meeting the Asura)
- You here to tell us it's safe to go back to Lion's Arch?
- I know you experimented on sylvari.
- What? I imagine your friend Caithe told you, hm? Well, that was a long time ago. The world was a different place back then.
- I'll never forgive you for that.
- We all make mistakes. So long as you've made up for it.
- You stopped too soon. If you'd learned they were minions...
- Not yet.
