Start from Market Ruins Waypoint — mounted on a skimmer. You'll pass another insight on the way. Head further northeast from the Hunter Glorg hero challenge past a Veteran Branded Hydra. There is a path to the back of the insight building which passes a chest which you can choose to open. The insight itself is defended by two Veteran Branded Forgotten Priests.
