Talk to Exemplar Ylan and get a White Mantle Disguise
Go inside Fort Evennia and when no one is near:
- Steal White Mantle Battle Plans — 3% heart progress
- Poison the Food Caches — 8% heart progress
- Liberate Imprisoned Seraph Soldiers — 5% heart progress
- Throw a bucket of water from the Well to extinguish the Forge — 20% heart progress

Bug:

This heart does not have a completion message associated with it, though you still get the silver and karma from it.
