Exemplar Ylan is a Renown Heart NPC in Fort Evennia. Disrupt White Mantle forces occupying Fort Evennia, and she will begin offering items as a karma merchant.

I was working undercover in Fort Evennia when the White Mantle launched their attack and seized control of the outpost. I tried to disrupt their operations, but I was discovered. I barely made it out.
Were you able to complete your mission before you were discovered?
- / Unfortunately, no. Still lots to do inside—battle plans to steal, and plenty of opportunities for sabotage. Before I was chased out, I spotted a couple of Seraph prisoners inside. There may be more.
- Can I be of assistance?
- / If you want to help finish the job, I can cloak you in a veil that'll disguise you as one of the White Mantle. It won't last forever, and they'll see right through it if you act rashly. Are you ready?
- I'm ready. Suit me up.
