This event starts during the Of Mists and Monsters meta event after the timer countdown. If the Ghostly Sacrifice is slain, the event will fail. There are at least 3 waves, and each wave, several groups of enemies will spawn along the outer edge of the event and all rush toward the Ghostly Sacrifice in the center. The Ghostly Sacrifice can be healed by players. Focus on the White Mantle Zealot as they will explode and deal massive damage. It is recommended to have at least 3 or 4 players due to the number of enemies or a smaller group can more easily succeed with someone healing the Ghostly Sacrifice. White Mantle Zealot explosions can be triggered with a mount.

Ghostly Sacrifice: My mind is full of fog... I don't remember much, but the storm must be rilin' the spirits. Get me out of here before they come...

Ghostly Sacrifice: That's a whole lot more than before.

Ghostly Sacrifice: Don't let it escape unless you want to displease the Unseen One!

Anomaly:

This event does not drop a Janthir Syntri Renown Token even though it is outside of renown heart range.

Bug:

Sometimes the event doesn't spawn at all during the meta timer countdown and sometimes it spawns during the meta itself.
