- Bring 100 Crystalline Ingots to an armor profession master craftsman:
Giita, 
Hamil or 
Muireall in Lion's Arch. You do not need to be skilled in that profession.

Notes[edit]
- A single crystalline heart can be used repeatedly for each relevant portion of Envoy Armor II: Refined Armor collection.
- Activating the Crystalline Heart inside the Bastion of the Penitent applies the Crystalline Heart effect. The Heart must be activated before trying for Bastion of the Penitent feats only. It is activated after collection actions that take place outside the raid.
- Cannot be obtained from master craftsmen in the Mistlock Sanctuary or Armistice Bastion or Lily of the Elon or Eye of the North or in the capital cities of the playable races.
