Dialogue[edit]
- (If player is not a leatherworker)
- A leatherworker knows how to make armor that protects you in comfort and style as you travel the world. Interested?
- Please teach me to be a leatherworker.
- I need leatherworking supplies.
- What can I craft as a leatherworker?
- Medium armor, inventory packs, and runes.
- Interesting.
- No thanks
- (If character already has two disciplines)
- You already have the maximum active disciplines, so you'll need to deactivate one first. You won't lose your progress, but reactivating it will cost more than learning a new discipline.
- I'd like to purchase an additional crafting license.
- I'll deactivate <first discipline> and become a leatherworker.
- I'll deactivate <second discipline> and become a leatherworker.
- Never mind. I'm not ready to become a leatherworker.
- (If player is already a leatherworker)
- Where cloth armor frays and metal armor rusts, leather armor comforts and protects.
- I need leatherworking supplies.
- I have some questions about leatherworking.
- Ask anything.
- How do I start to make leather items?
- To craft medium armor, you'll need to pair two components with an insignia at a leatherworking station.
- I have more questions.
- Thanks.
- Where can I get leatherworking materials?
- You can buy materials from me, from the trading post, or gather them from resource nodes all over the world.
- I need leatherworking supplies.
- I have more questions.
- Thanks.
- How do I learn to make new things?
- Experiment with components in the Discovery Pane at a leatherworking station to learn new recipes.
- I have more questions.
- Thanks.
- What are runes for?
- An armor piece can hold one rune upgrade. If you wear different armor pieces with the same type of rune, the runes are stronger.
- I have more questions.
- Thanks.
- Thank you. I have to go now.
- Interesting point.
- (If player has the Envoy Armor II: Refined Armor collection)
- I came to talk to you about my Prototype Envoy Armor.
- It should be possible to infuse that armor with incredible power, though it will take much dedication. I can help guide you through the process.
- How do I get started?
- You need to collect aspected energy from around Tyria to power the armor. I can create a Crystalline Heart for you to contain this energy if you bring me 100 Crystalline Ingots.
- I have the Crystalline Ingots you needed.
- You will need to infuse the Crystalline Heart with energy in order to refine your Envoy Armor. This improved armor can be offered to Zommoros with legendary gifts to create the ultimate armor.
- Please tell me about the legendary gifts.
- Zommoros can upgrade your Envoy Armor to be truly legendary. In order for him to do this, offer up the armor piece along with a Gift of Prosperity, a Gift of Prowess, and a Gift of Dedication.
- How do I get a Gift of Prosperity?
- Zommoros will award a Gift of Prosperity in exchange for a Gift of Craftsmanship, 15 Mystic Clovers, a Gift of Condensed Magic, and a Gift of Condensed Might.
- I have another question.
- Thanks
- How do I get a Gift of Prowess?
- Zommoros will award a Gift of Prowess in exchange for 25 Legendary Insights, 50 Spirit Shards, 50 Obsidian Shards, and a Cube of Stabilized Dark Energy.
- I have another question.
- Thanks
- How do I get a Gift of Dedication?
- Zomorros will award a Gift of Dedication in exchange for 5 Auric Ingots, 5 Reclaimed Metal Plates, 5 Chak Eggs, and a Gift of the Pact.
- I have another question.
- Thanks
- I'd like to talk about something else.
- I'd like to talk about something else.
- I'll see what I can do.
- Maybe some other time.
