Sure, I have some feed. But uh, it's for cows. The crabs eat it, but its much better to take them out to pasture.

Hey, a beach is pretty much a pasture for crabs! There's a little blubber ball over there taking them out to graze.

East of here there's beach. Just look around, you'll run right into him. He calls himself quaggan, but he answers to 'Anroov'.
