Momoztli Grounds

The Momoztli Grounds is an area within Bloodtide Coast. It is the home of the Momoztli hylek tribe who are struggling with the Risen.

The cave behind the large door can only be accessed via story instances Champion's Sacrifice and Unholy Grounds.
This area is required for the Krytan Explorer achievement, but it can be easily unlocked without entering the grounds themselves via the story. From the nearby heart NPC, Professor Maciver, run southwest towards the scout, Vincent Lagrien. You should unlock the area as you pass over the cave below.
