February 25, 2020	Competitive content update: (Competitive split) Reduced power coefficient from 1.6 to 0.91.
July 23, 2013	This skill no longer causes cripple. It now causes 5 stacks of vulnerability for 5 seconds. Increased the maximum number of targets to 3. Fixed a bug so that this skill properly displays in the attack chain.
