June 27, 2023	Reduced the damage increase against high-health foes from 25% to 7% and the damage increase vs. foes with barrier from 50% to 10% in WvW only.
May 11, 2021	Reduced health threshold for bonus damage from 90% to 80%. Text on many damage-increasing profession traits, runes, and sigils has been clarified to indicate whether they increase outgoing strike damage, condition damage, or all damage, as appropriate.
December 03, 2019	Reduced damage bonus against targets above 90% health from 25% to 7% in PvP only. Reduced damage bonus against targets with barrier from 50% to 10% in PvP only.
October 01, 2019	Warrior's Cunning has been added to the game. This new trait increases damage by 25% against foes with health above 90%. Additionally, it increases damage by 50% against foes that have barrier. These bonuses do not stack.
