Brandon Bales (Male Sylvari Player Character): What's going on, residents of Tyria? This is Brandon Bales, voice of the PC sylvari male.
Dave Fennoy (Nicabar Steelweaver): I'm Dave Fennoy, you've heard me on Guild Wars and uh... Guild Wars 2.
Matthew Mercer (Male Norn Player Character): Hey Guild Wars community out there! I'm Matthew Mercer, I'm one of the voice actors who works on Guild Wars 2.
Sumalee Montano (Marjory Delaqua): I'm Sumalee Montano, I'm the voice of Marjory Delaqua.
Jason Spisak (Shadows Agent Kito): (muffled by gas mask) This is Jason Spisak.

Sumalee Montano: So a little announcement about Episode 3 of the Icebrood Saga, called "No Quarter".
Matthew Mercer: Uh... the unfortunate news that the Icebrood Saga third episode titled "No Quarter"...
Brandon Bales: ...will be launching without recorded voice talents.
Cherise Boothe: So it will be text-only. For now. Just for now.
Jason Spisak: Because we couldn't get into the studio to record the voiceover before they quarantined all of us!
Dave Fennoy: Man, this coronavirus doesn't care about nothing, does it?
Lex Lang: The episode will eventually be updated with voiceover once it's safe for the actors to record.
Megan Hollingshead: We're gonna get back together later and record when it's safe for a bunch of actors, and an engineer, and a director, and writers, and blah blah blah to all be together in the same room.
Sumalee Montano: Hopefully then we can deliver to you the full quality of what Guild Wars 2 players are used to.
Matthew Mercer: That doesn't mean you can't enjoy all the epic adventure, story, and everything in the interim.
