Welcome to the site!! I hope you have fun here. Let me know if you need anything! --Sy 22:02, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Well, since you're so nice to offer your help, i'll abuse it right away! Yesterday there was the ability to use New Krytan fond and now it's gone? Where there problems with the small ciphers? Or is there still the option somewhere, but im to blind to find it? :OScynthe 22:32, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- I'm fairly sure that was just an April Fool's joke, seeing as it was introduced on April 1st. However, I agree it was very cool, and maybe if we're lucky that feature will be reintroduced to the wiki at a later point. If I new who it was that was in charge of that, I'd send them a message; but I'm sure the moderators as a whole knew exactly what was going to happen, so we could probably contact any of them. --Sy 22:37, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- It was part of our April Fool and is currently no longer available, partly because we didn't get a clear acceptance of offering this by ArenaNet (read: licensing issues). Sorry, but it'll eventually come back at some day. poke | talk 22:38, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- If you want to use NK characters on your user page, you can still use the {{nk}} template which is permanent. Chriskang 22:41, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Yea, i read something about that somewhere else on this site (might have been from you!) and put a little useless note on my page ^^ + It would be a really nice and handy feature , since it would make learning New Krytan a lot easier and faster. -- Scynthe 22:44, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Also to answer the question on your userpage, Old Krytan and NK share the same glyphs. The only difference is that OK is written vertically and can't be translated into English. Chriskang 22:47, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Hello Scynthe. I've managed (somehow with a bit of magic) to
steal, thanks Poke!remake the New Krytan wikicode and add it to my own .js. As of now it starts disabled and at the click of a button like the one during April Fools will activate. If you would like it go to -redacted- and copy the code from the -redacted- to the second set of -redacted- and paste them on your own -redacted- (for you it is -redacted-, you'll most likely have to create the page. 22:58, 3 April 2011 (UTC)- Note that you shouldn't do this, as I have said above, it is not yet cleared if we are allowed to distribute it like that. So I would rather not have you spreading around instructions on how to do it nonetheless. Also note that the script was especially made for April Fools' Day and will most likely break soon.
- When the license issue is cleared and we got permission to use a New Krytan display in one or another way, then we will let you know that and/or make an official way to switch to it available (similar to what was possible during April Fools' Day). poke | talk 23:08, 3 April 2011 (UTC)

Krytan translation[edit]
I believe it is ACRE on the first line and SPOING on the last. Krytan never translated into English, and many people say New Krytan is new because it does translate (like Ascalonian used to). - Infinite - talk 23:04, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Aah, i never knew that, Thank you! -- Scynthe 13:12, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
