Confirmation help

I need help confirming anything listed as (not shown on map) and (instance) as to whether they actually count towards the achievements. Without them the numbers do not add up though so hopefully if any are not included we can identify their replacements. Bluestone 03:48, 26 September 2012 (UTC)

Claw Island counts as 4 areas for the achievement. The Bilge, Fawcett's Bounty, and The Collapsed Observatory do not. Chantry of Secrets does, although no one understands why. Since that's the only region you have listed in full right now, that's all I can comment on. :) Except that other than the Chantry, only names on the map count for the achievements. —Dr Ishmael 04:55, 26 September 2012 (UTC)

Orr is in full already as well (was done first actually :P) but Orr is pretty straight forward. Thanks for that Kryta info Doc, have made those changes now (wasn't expecting such quick help so tyvm for that). Will fill in another region or two tomorrow after playgroup. Right, but I haven't been to Orr yet, so I can't comment on that. Still, like you said, it looks pretty simple. I'm sure the other 3 regions will be as well, since they don't have anything confusing like Claw Island. —Dr Ishmael 12:55, 26 September 2012 (UTC)

I have filled in what I can see/research for Maguuma. I am missing one for sure and there is a chance that Golemagical Insitute doesn't count towards the achievement according to some forum posts, if it doesn't count then it needs replacing as well. Currently 164/165 including Golemagical Institute, 163/165 without it. Any help from anyone verifying the institute or providing the missing one or two locations would be much appreciated. You're missing Order's Terrace in the Grove, that makes 165 areas. It seems like Golemagical Institute gets added in with some other area, maybe with Rata Sum? Because I can't find any other missing area. —Dr Ishmael 23:04, 27 September 2012 (UTC)

As of 29 March there are 175 spots in Shiverpeaks - where is the last one? -- Added the 27th. List said 27 total but only listed 26. Cragstead was missing (left side of door as you approach the entrance).

Comments

I had map completion without:

• Maguuma Explorer: Magmatic Conjury, Cubular Fells
• Shiverpeak Explorer: Hunter's Hearth, Cragstead, Griffonrook Run, Dredgehaunt Cliffs: De Molish Post, Forsaken Halls, Tail of the Serpent, Lair of the Coil

A few minor error in your compilation:

• In Brisbanes Wildlands you list one of the areas as "Gnasher's Hills" when it is actually "Gnashar's Hills"
• In Timberline Falls, "Molodet's Excavation" should be "Molodets Excavation"

"Hall of Monuments" is an area outside of the normal map, but you may want to include it to have your page list all areas in game.
