Hey Angelica, thanks for taking care of our EoD content and the new specialization pages and images. For future reference, you don't need to blank a redirect that's made after a move. Simply put {{delete|Unnecessary redirect|speedy}} at the top of its page, and an admin will come by to delete it.

About certain new lore pages you've made

Regarding Great House, [[Turtle Clan]], and [[Serpent Clan]] - rather than tagging them all (and probably others), I felt it'd be better to bring it up here. Currently these articles add nothing to the gw2w that simply linking to the gw1 page wouldn't add. I like to refer to this super brief but punctual discussion on Talk:Dhuum#Deletion (and the subsequent section, and in particular to quote this line:

"The page adds no unique details to [the subject] - in fact it's far inferior to the GW1 article."

Which is to say - if the only thing to add is "they were wiped out between the two games", that's not something to really add at all, and it's better to simply link to the GW1W article instead. If we get a high quantity of search traffic then it'd be worth making an article later (like we did for Shiro Tagachi) due to increased amount of references and relevance to GW2. But unless there's more than a simple "they're gone" worth of post-GW1 lore, which currently those articles lack, I'd suggest it'd be better to put the info on Kurzicks and Luxons. There is, after all, no point to effectively copy/pasting GWW information onto this wiki. Konig (talk) 21:39, 17 March 2023 (UTC)

100% agreed. Things like the Great Houses (or the clans) info can be briefly summarized on the Kurzicks page, you can search for the mentions of "great houses" and there are maybe 5 pages? where they are mentioned in a dialogue. The only really prominent house to get a page would be Zu Heltzer and maybe Lutgardis I think. Basically yeah, unless there has been a prominent update on the topic since GW1 and it is really relevant to GW2, it does not really deserve its own page. ~Sime 22:05, 17 March 2023 (UTC)

Well, maybe so, but I wanted the Great Houses to be mentioned in more depth and what each one was like to make everything known in a single article and not bog down the Kurzicks' article. And about the luxon clans it is the same that you can see what the manuscript says and you can understand more about their culture and each clan.--Angelica (talk) 23:59, 17 March 2023 (UTC)
