By Memory of Battle we know that (cumulatively) you get the following number of Memories of Battle each week if you complete the following chest:

In addition, you can get them through reward tracks. According to WvW Reward Track Progress without any boosters and assuming 195 points per tick, it takes 8h 35m to complete a reward track. We assume this number. Additionally, the memory of battle normally appears in the 2nd (5) and 22nd (10) boxes, which means we have:

• 5 memories after 1000 points: 30 m
• 15 memories after 11000 points: 4h 45 m
• 20 memories after 21000 points: 9h
• 30 memories after 31000 points: 13h 15m
• 35 memories after 41000 points: 17h 35m
• 45 memories after 51000 points: 21h 50m

We then need to see how long it takes to complete each chest depending on your rank to see how many reward tracks you would have completed. We assume that you have "commitment" and that your team is always in 3rd place.
