“Thrumming PresenceDecima's aura makes your bones resonate with arcane flux. Each time she gains charge, the sensation becomes more painful.
Makes enemies more vulnerable to Decima's fluxlance beams.
Harmonic Sensitivity: Thrumming Presence has made you more vulnerable to Decima's fluxlance attacks. When taking damage from a fluxlance attack, you will also take significant extra damage from Harmonic Sensitivity.
