The Shining Blade is a sacred Seer artifact gifted to members of the Shining Blade after their victories over the mursaat during the Krytan civil war, to be used to hunt down the few remaining mursaat survivors such as Lazarus. It was then used by Livia to bind the Oath of Confidence ritual she created, and has been housed within the Shining Blade Headquarters since its establishment.

Livia states that it contains "centuries of history and magic" and "a heap of bloodcurdling White Mantle screams."
