- (If player is not a scribe)
- The art of imbuing written language with magic is a fascinating study, though it principally benefits guilds rather than individual scribes.
- Please teach me to be an scribe.
- Warning: The art of scribing primarily makes consumables for your guild rather than you, personally. Are you sure you want to be a scribe?
- I've changed my mind. No, thank you.
- I need scribal supplies.
- Why do you say that scribing primarily benefits my guild?
- Scribes create schematics for guild consumables, which are then assembled at your guild's workshop.
- Can I ask another question?
- I don't need anything now, actually.
- Please teach me to be an scribe.
- (If character already has two disciplines)
- You already have the maximum active disciplines, so you'll need to deactivate one first. You won't lose your progress, but reactivating it will cost more than learning a new discipline.
- I'd like to purchase an additional crafting license.
- I'll deactivate <first discipline> and become a scribe.
- I'll deactivate <second discipline> and become a scribe.
- Never mind. I'm not ready to become a scribe.
- (If player is a scribe)
- Writing is the lifeblood of society; without it, wisdom cannot spread and communities fracture.
- I need scribal supplies.
- I have some questions about being a scribe.
- I would be happy to indulge your curious mind.
- How do I go about scribing?
- Functionally, it's easy. Just combine up to four ingredients at a scribing station.
- Can I ask something else?
- Thank you.
- Where can I find materials to craft with?
- You can buy materials from me, from the trading post, or gather them from resource nodes all over the world.
- Can I ask another question?
- I need scribal supplies
- Thank you.
- How can I discover recipes for crafting?
- As your guild unlocks schematics, they will become available at the guild's scribing stations. You can also experiment with components in a scribing station's Discovery Pane to learn new recipes.
- Can I ask another question?
- Got it. Thanks.
- Thanks for your time.
- I don't need anything now, actually.
