The Tarstone Weeps is a Point of Interest in a hidden tar pit in the southeast of The Desolation. The 
Desolation Insight: Tarstone Weeps is right next to it.
Getting there[edit]
Starting from 
Joko's Domain Waypoint — , follow the road East heading towards the portal to the Domain of Vabbi. Once you see the portal, you should be able to see on your left a cave in the upper area of the stones. Use your Springer mount to jump into the opening. Once up in the cave, just go in deeper to reach what seems to be a lair of Tar Elementals.
