The Mouth of Torment marks the entrance to the Realm of Torment, as encountered in the original Guild Wars. The Forged have taken the precaution of lining the floor with mesh to prevent people falling into it.

Getting there[edit]

Either complete the Maws of Torment meta event, or follow the instructions provided on Desolation Insight: The Mouth of Torment and then drop down once you've taken the second Sand Portal.
