But do passive speed bonusses (like Zephyr's Speed) stack with active speed bonusses (Swiftness)? Or will you just receive the highest speed bonus (which will be the 33% from Swiftness)? 08Ray 23:07, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

I can't say for sure for elementalist's Zephyr Speed, but I can confirm that the ranger signet that adds passive speed does not stack with Swiftness. It makes 33% from swiftness almost unnoticeable compared from the passive 25%. 108.199.20.146 20:35, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

Not bugged

i did some further testing; it only works if you load into a new zone, relog or become downed while in air attunement. lumpy (talk) 09:50, 14 August 2013 (UTC)
