Aren't the Wizard's Tower and The Wizard's Tower supposed to be the same thing? We should remove or redirect the Wizard Tower. --Angelica (talk) 18:44, 26 July 2023 (UTC)

Yes, I think they are the same thing. Based on everything that was published, it is the same place in lore as the tower we have as the landmark, just after the disappearance. I think we should not move/merge anything yet though, and instead should wait for more info either close on release or on release. ~Sime 18:47, 26 July 2023 (UTC)

So after playing a bit (have not finished yet), I think these pages should stay split, despite being the same thing in lore. Not because the name is sliiiightly different, but because it would be very confusing (and potentially misleading) to new players if they wiki'd a landmark for Kessex Hills and suddenly they got showered with these various area names, npcs and services that are not accessible there. ~Sime 09:28, 23 August 2023 (UTC)

I am not arguing that they are two separate things (obviously, they are not), I am arguing against merging the pages for the sake of accessibility and to prevent confusion. I understand where are you coming from, and you are not wrong, but I personally do not think it is a good idea to link an expansion city as a landmark on a core map page, and I am not sure how we would go about merging them to clearly and obviously establish that, ingame, these two are two different objects (landmark vs city) without presenting potentially misleading info. ~Sime 11:30, 24 August 2023 (UTC)

I don't think it would be a good idea to merge a full map with a tiny landmark in the corner of one map. Even if they are the same thing. It would be too confusing for new players. And it's technically a spoiler.

I'd change the names, though. Something like "The Wizard's Tower (Garenhoff)" and "The Wizard's Tower". Warming Hearth (talk) 12:25, 24 August 2023 (UTC)

They're both the same locations in lore, but not in game. Merging the pages would only cause confusion. I mean, you can literally see both versions of the tower on the world map at the same time, and they even look different.
