Inaccessible what?

This is not inaccessible, and I am nearly certain it never was. To make thi area inaccessible they would have had to put a big wall right through he middle of The Grove. Its a lobby area in the middle-ish of the grove that woudl require a complete overhaul of the entire city to make "inaccessible" --SiderFace (talk) 13:20, 20 January 2014 (UTC)

I don't think that you are thinking of the right area. Quester's is located along the edge of the upper area of the Grove. It seems that one only can access the edge of this terrace, when near the sylvari cultural armors the mini map will say you are in Quester's but most of the area labeled in the main map as Quester's is inaccessible.
