Only Drops After Completing Meta?

I saw a video that said this only drops after completing the Echovald meta. This page does not have any information about that. Also I believe I completed the meta but these do not drop for me. Maybe I missed some needed step of the meta.--Justaplayer (talk) 18:54, 20 March 2022 (UTC)

It is tied to Echovald Spire Backpiece which is not a fixed loot from the meta. I can confirm that I didn't get the backpiece on my first meta, but only on my third try. After that I started to get this item as well. Gorla (talk) 19:25, 20 March 2022 (UTC)

How to get

Not sure what's happening with the revisions on this page, but all the linked templates seem... unhelpful. These things seem to drop from anything that rewards the map rewards for Echovald, including Shing Jea temple weekly map trophy vendor (around 25, give or take a couple), Echovald meta and Echovald mob kills.
