Object or Item?

The only real purpose of the item entry for this and all the other "motes" associated with Dreams of a Thorn is to show up in the achievement UI. MadMaxx (talk) 20:45, 17 May 2017 (UTC)

I believe they act in the same manor as these Bloodstone Sliver (disambiguation). They can be interacted with but you don't get an item in return. J.Tesla (talk) 22:26, 17 May 2017 (UTC)
