Destroy Statue..?

"Listen to the remaining dialogue to complete the mission. Optionally there is a statue you may destroy in the hold of the boat. "
I can 'Interact' with it and listen to it make funny comments, but it doesn't appear to be 'destroyable'...
However... going back up to the top deck, the option to 'Destroy it' is available.. (even though the statue is below deck.. The statue 'complains' then is destroyed (went back 'downstairs' to check)

Dialogs during the court

The lines in the dialog windows and the lines the characters talk in the chat are slightly different. That's why I changed the layout for that part. But I only have screen shots for the choices I did and just copied the lines for the other parts. So there is some further investigation needed to see if everything is correct.
