Combination?[edit]
Does this skill work in combination with Vigorous Shout?? The skill itself says that "shouts heal" so if im correct each shout should also remove a condition? Just tested this one myself it did not work!
That is correct, the wording mentions a heal skill, which the shouts are a utility skill
