I think it's worth noting that you can purchase a collection item right after the event this one requires. People who have this collection probably have the other level 1 collections as well, and if they're looking up this item they'd probably be interested in the other one too, but not actively looking for it at the time --Gimmethegepgun (talk) 22:35, 14 May 2016 (UTC)
