Account Bound *and* Soulbound on Use

According to this reddit post, the quiver is account bound on acquisition and soulbound on use. There doesn't appear to be an option for this in the {{trinket infobox}}:

Correct Stat Listing?

The page states that it has 24/17/17 stat distribution, but mine has 56/35/35 not-infused. 77.86.23.213 09:32, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
