When combined with Signet of Resolve, does the player then loose 2 conditions every 10 seconds? 130.76.32.198 00:31, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
Does this trigger exactly every 10 seconds at predictable intervals, or is it somehow randomized? Does it tick when I don't have any conditions, or do I need to suffer my first condition for a minimum of 10 seconds before anything gets removed? Assuming this stacks with Signet of Resolve, does that translate to removing a condition every 5 seconds (which would be pretty awesome), or removing two at once every 10 seconds (which would be worthless if the enemy is only inflicting one type of condition)? --Felbryn 16:35, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
- It has an internal timer that tics constantly (regardless of combat / condition state). Every time it hits 10 seconds it will attempt to remove a condition. If for example you suffer a 2 second bleed, and the timer of Purity does NOT overlap that bleed, you would think purity is almost not working. I have had fights where the few conditions I suffered were never removed (based on watching daily cond. remover %) and at other times I'd see conditions flash for just a fraction of a second before being removed. In coordination with Signet- they appear to both have the same timer and function the same way. The internal clock is always ticking at all times, and when the timer hits 10 they both attempt to remove a condition (so up to two conditions at the same moment). With further traits you can have it up to 3 conditions removed at the same time every 10 seconds.
