the recipe is wrong -.- if u craft this u get the nightmare hammer... ugly thing... sry, but i'm just very upset that it didn't work.

Unforutnately our pvp pages aren't very great. All these recipes have multiple different results. You put the recipe in and you get nightmare hammer, or priory hammer..... or other hammers. I would recommend not trying for anything pvp related until anet releases pvp v2.0, since it will probably allow you a more controllable way to get PvP weapons.
