Grammar

Possible retcon

The events of this battle as described in GoA seem to indicate that Kalla approached the leaders of the other 3 rebellious legions before the battle with the proposition of joining the female warriors with them. And the actual battle was nothing more than an unconditional surrender of the Flame Legion. The current write-up makes it seem as if the other 3 legions were already locked in battle with the Flame and then Kalla did a diversionary tactic and got the female army in the fray pushing the favor of the battle in the rebels hands. I'll have to re-read it, but to me from what I recall it sounded like the three legions expected the female charr in the battle not that the female charr were in the battle the whole time - they rather left the battle itself... generic sounding (the united legions outnumbered the Flame Legion due to the Flame not allowing women to fight and such and such). -- Konig/talk 13:06, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

They left the battle itself sounding exactly as it was (according to Ember's story) - an immediate surrender of the Flame legion forces once they saw how outnumbered they were. Also there's the issue of the females being there at the start of the battle, not coming in later, like this article states. The order of events from the story as Ember tells it was: Kalla coming in with the female army, Kalla winning a challenge vs. the Iron imperator, all 3 rebellious legions + female army going out on the field against Flame, Flame surrendering unconditionally once they realized how outnumbered they were, Flame imperator stabbing Kalla with a poisoned dagger during the surrender, Iron imperator killing the Flame guy, Kalla dieing. I could have sworn that Kalla faught the Iron imperator far before the battle. It sounded more like something that happened waaay before the battle. But that could all depend on the location of the Plains of Golghein.--Corsair@Yarrr 16:41, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

The challenge was before the battle at the Plains, but I wouldn't say "way" before it. It could of been the night before they marched to the plains for all we knew. -- Konig/talk 17:02, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
