New item - torn journal page

There seems to be something new here: a Torn Journal Page, right next to the Travelling Elonian Trader NPC. When you interact with it, it says "It looks like a page from somebody's journal. The handwriting looks like Zafirah's." The only response possible so far is "I'll pass".

At the same time, a similar journal page has popped up on Atholma (Sandswept Isles) - that one's Rox's handwriting.

Any ideas what it relates to?
