Mortis or Mortus[edit]
In cutscenes, Josir calls it the "Mortis Virge", but he calls it the "Mortus Virge" when talking to the children, and the mission is called "Mortus Virge". —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 114.198.7.200 (talk • contribs) at 03:22, 7 November 2012 (UTC).
Child dialogue variation[edit]
I had a different exchange with 2 of the children when Josir got distracted fighting. They wouldn't move but they did talk about the strange Seraph. The conversation didn't show up in the chat log though, so I can't transcribe it. Robdalf 06:15, 22 November 2012 (UTC)
Quay ?[edit]
Does anyone else pronounce Quay like that? I always thought it was pronounced like "Key". Or is this a British/American thing (I'm both). Robdalf 06:17, 22 November 2012 (UTC)

- A quay (a landing place, especially one of solid masonry, constructed along the edge of a body of water) is pronounced either as "key" or "kay". I'd always thought the "key" was the British English pronunciation and "kay" more American English, however, these days with so much cross-cultural communication, its likely getting less distinctly defined. (Hmmm, just noticed the original comment was near 3 years ago, ah well, I've type it now :) --Wolfie (talk|contribs) 22:26, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
Josir's (Missing?) Dialog in Salma District[edit]
According to this wiki page, there is a dialog interaction with Josir back in the Salma District after the children in the swamp is saved:
- "Talking to Scholar Josir before deciding:
- :Scholar Josir: I have every faith that you will make a wise decision. For my part, I will see if the Priory archives can cast some light on this situation. Good luck. ... etc."
However, I never saw this dialogue. There was a suspicious "dialogue" that I could not verify that it matched this one only because Josir was running away and got out of talking range after I initiated the conversation. After saving the last child in the swamps, I spoke to Josir before he started running away. Perhaps that was the dialogue that was supposed to be spoken in the Salma District? Now Josir only has the NPC speach responses if clicked enough, but he has no actual dialogue other than in the cinematic. Has anyone else noticed this or can confirm this as a bug? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 73.40.23.15 (talk • contribs) at 02:59, 25 October 2015 (UTC).
- UPDATE: After some testing, it seems that the only way currently for the dialog option to appear is if the player spoke to Josir out of the 3 options (Josir, Ihan, and Hiroki) when returning to the Salma District after saving the children. The dialog appears "automatically". If the conversation ends or if the player speaks to any quest-marked NPC other than Josir (Ihan or Hiroki), then the player cannot initiate and get this dialog path for more info and flavor/lore. This issue exist in both Mortus Virge and Brute Force paths. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 73.40.23.15 (talk • contribs) at 02:21, 31 October 2015 (UTC).
