Talk:Mark
I think we'll need a disambig page. Mark can also be an upgrade for Medium armor. I don't know how to make a page like that though. 72.77.98.12 23:37, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
Trigger mechanism[edit]
I think the general description about how the effect of a mark is triggered is outdated. The skill descriptions now say it is triggered by a foe. I suspect (but not sure) that the "occur after a period of time" and "activating the mark a second time" will not work anymore. So a mark works now like a trap. Anyone has any confirmation of this? - I think how it works is, each mark has an area of effect and the mark itself (the green part of the skill animation), when you step on the smaller green area, the mark triggers, applying it's effect across all the skill's AOE (the white circle); I'm not 100% sure but this seems the most logical method drawing from what i've played.--Rapid Sausage 21:30, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
- That's right. Not sure abou the green thing though. Thought that was just animation, as long as they enter the circle they get damned. Didn't look for that though. Previously Unsigned 21:37, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
Moved[edit]
I moved article and talk page from Mark (skill type) because no disambiguation should be needed for Mark (upgrade component) which is historical content and outdated. Mediggo 13:31, 2 June 2012 (UTC)

Trivia[edit]
Can we get a citation for the marks originally being ranger traps? --Eclipse143 (talk) 12:27, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
